I’ve always been fascinated by what drives people - what shapes the way we think, feel, and connect. That curiosity became a lifelong study; I’ve spent over twenty years observing and understanding people - what motivates them, what triggers them, and what helps them thrive.
A defining moment came when my daughter asked, “Are you saying no because it’s what you believe, or because it’s what you were taught?” That question changed everything.
Not long after, I discovered the Enneagram, and it felt like coming home. For the first time, I understood myself and others on a level that made sense of things I’d never been able to explain before.
That discovery became the turning point in my professional career too. With a background in Human Resources, Counselling, Coaching and Learning & Development, I began to see how self-awareness, communication, and emotional intelligence shaped every workplace and every relationship. It became clear that understanding people wasn't just personal growth, it was the foundation of leadership and culture.
Over the years, I’ve worked across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, supporting professionals, leaders, and everyday people, from teams navigating change to individuals seeking clarity in life or relationships. What I’ve learned is simple: when people understand themselves, they communicate better, lead better, and live better.
My approach is direct, warm, and intuitive - grounded in psychology, human behaviour, and lived experience. Clients describe me as insightful, strategic, and a little mind-blowing because I help them see what’s been driving their patterns and give them the tools to shift them.
Whether you’re leading a team, managing conflict, or simply finding your next step, my work is about helping you find clarity, connection, and confidence in how you show up, in work and in life.
Because the truth is, understanding yourself doesn’t stop at 5 p.m. The same dynamics that derail teams can quietly shape our relationships, our confidence, and the way we lead our lives, and when you understand them, everything changes.
